Jerusalem artichoke
gumbinė saulėgrąža statusas T sritis augalininkystė apibrėžtis Daugiametis, žolinis, maistinis ir pašarinis astrinių (Asteraceae) šeimos augalas. Dauginamas požeminiais stiebagumbiais. Gumbai naudojami kaip daržovė, kasami vėlai rudenį arba anksti pavasarį, kol dar neatžėlusi antžeminė dalis. Dėl gumbuose esančio inulino tinka vartoti diabetikams. atitikmenys: lot.
